Credentials– Sun of Joy Foundation is a South African non- profit organization launched in 2003. We deliver our services in both Mpumalanga and Gauteng Provinces. We are partnering with national and local government departments, correctional facilities, schools, and civil society organizations through the Ward Based Approach.

Sun of Joy Foundation continues to make an impact in the Gert Sibande District, Randburg Municipality  and Tshwane Municipality (Enkangala).

Networking– Through our participation in LAC and the Civil Society Structures, Sun of Joy Foundation is playing a leading role in the establishment of MEN’S SECTOR FORUMS for all the 7 Sub-District Municipalities of Gert Sibande District in Mpumalanga Province.

We have a working relationship with Seeds of Africa, Right to Care, and Sonke Gender Justice through the Brother’s For Life Campaign, Bright Star Institute , Ruzivo Training Consultancy and Refilwe Community Project.

Making a Difference– Our Life Skills and After School Care programs help adults, youth and learners  to acquire skills to learn innovative and thinking skills that enables them to become self-sufficient while benefiting their communities.

Scope and Reach– Local, District and Provincial , Sun of Joy Foundation delivers services to communities in Mpumalanga and Gauteng Provinces and  specific  wards and increasingly in number of municipalities in Mpumalanga. The ward based community development approach is integrated within all our interventions as part of our mapping approach and collaboration with other stakeholders

Monitoring and Evaluate – Our M&E systems are able to demonstrate priority areas of need and opportunity within specific community contexts (financial, pro-bono or in-kind support).
